こちらの商品は冷凍にてお届け致しますので、冷蔵庫で一晩ほど置き解凍して下さい。
【保存方法】
一度解凍したものは再冷凍はしないで、すぐにお使い下さい。冷凍保管されているものは賞味期限を守ってお召し上がり下さい。
【すき焼きの作り方】
＜材料＞
すき焼き牛肉 1kg、長ねぎ 3本、春菊 300g、生しいたけ 8個、しらたき 1玉、焼き豆腐 1丁
割り下 （醤油 1/3カップ、みりん 1/3カップ、酒 1/3カップ、だし汁 1カップ、砂糖 大さじ4杯）
- 割り下の材料を全て混ぜてひと煮立ちさせてます。容器に注ぎ、食卓においておきます。
- すき焼き鍋を卓上コンロで温め、薄切り牛肉を広げて鍋に入れます。牛肉の色が変わり始めたら割り下を少々、それぞれの大きさに切った野菜や材料を加えます。野菜がしんなりしてきたら出来上がりです。
- 鍋の中に食材がなくなってきたら随時、食材を加えます。割り下が少なくなってきたら、その分注ぎ足してください。割したが塩辛くなってきたら、酒かお湯を加えて薄めてください。食べる前に軽くといた卵につけるとより美味しく召し上がれます。また、割り下を常に鍋底から0.5cmの深さに保つのがポイントです。
すき焼きは食べる分ずつ、タレを染み込ませて作るのが一番です。たくさんの野菜や豆腐も一緒にお料理できますので、栄養バランス良くお楽しみ頂けます。お好みで生卵に通して、ホカホカのご飯とお召し上がり下さい。残ったお汁で最後にうどんを煮込むのもお勧めです。

- For shipments within the U.S., please note that items will be delivered to the front of the recipient’s home or to a delivery box, as direct hand delivery is not provided.
