松茸は収穫期間が大変短く、収穫量も限られ､とてもデリケートな商品ですので、配達日の指定をお受けすることが出来ません。御注文頂いてから1ヶ月以上長期間お待ち頂く場合もございます。また同時注文でも、お届け日が前後したり、お申込順にお届けすることが難しいことを予め御了承下さい。天候異変、作柄不良等の原因で、出荷が遅れたり、出荷が出来ない場合はキャンセルさせて頂くこともあります。
★アメリカお届けの松茸には、かごは付きません。

- Incorrect addresses may delay delivery and will require additional reshipping or rerouting fees. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses that we are provided, so please check all addresses carefully.
- Orders cannot be canceled or returned once it has been processed.
- The quality and delivery of fruit products may vary upon harvest and/or weather conditions.
- Phone numbers of the sender and recipient(s) are required. Please provide your email address to receive shipment tracking information.
- Wine deliveries may take up to 14 business days.
- Orders to Okinawa require an additional $15 shipping fee for each item. Wine orders to Okinawa require an additional $40.
- We can not guarantee delivery on weekends or federal holidays.
- We can not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
- Orders to Hawaii (Oahu only) and Alaska require an additional $20 shipping fee for each item.

- 沖縄への配達には別途＄15かかります。（ワインのお届けは別途＄40かかります。）

- 私書箱へのお届けには対応しておりません。
- ハワイ（オアフ島のみ）、アラスカ州への配達には1商品につき別途送料20ドルかかります。
