【How to cook Sukiyaki】

◆ Ingredients
Sukiyaki Meat 2.2 lb, Green Oniln 3, garland chrysanthemum 300g, Shitake Mushroom 8pcs., Shirataki (noodle) 1, Tofu 1
Broth (Soy Sauce 1/3 cup, Sweet Sake 1/3 cup, Sake 1/3 cup, Broth 1 cup, Sugar 4tbs)

◆ Cooking Instruction

  1. Mix all the ingredients for broth and heat it up untill it boils. Pour the broth in a container and set it on the dinner table.
  2. Heat up the iron pot on the portable stove, then spread the thin-sliced meat inside the pot. When the meat changes its color, pour a little bit of broth in and add vegetables. Cook it until vegetables become soft and it's ready!
  3. Add more vegetables, meat, or broth as needed later. When the broth gets too thick and salty, add hot water or Sake. Dipping in a raw egg is a key point to enjoy this Sukiyaki. Also keep the amount of broth up to 3/8" depth is important.

Cook with lots of vegetables, tofu, and thin sliced beef in sweet sauce. Dipping in a raw egg is traditional way, but it depends on in your preference. Serve with steam rice and at the end, you can also cook Udon noodle with left over sauce.

【How to Thaw】

This product is frozen. Please move it to refrigerator to thaw a night before you cook.

【How to Store】

Once it thaw, please do not refreeze it and use it as soon as possible.
