This classic French Pear Tart can be served warm or cool for the summer. Serve with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, or pear liqueur.

Instructions: Remove all packaging including foil tray and place on a baking tray in a preheated oven to 210C for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 30 minutes prior to serving
