Delivery can take up to 7-10 business days. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for seasonal items such as they depend on the harvest season.
The delivery for each item may vary when you order multiple items to ensure freshness and the best quality of products.
Incorrect addresses may delay delivery and will require additional reshipping or rerouting fees. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses that we are provided, so please check all addresses carefully.
Orders cannot be canceled or returned once it has been processed.

Wine deliveries may take up to 14 business days.
Orders to Okinawa require an additional $15 shipping fee for each item. Wine orders to Okinawa require an additional $40.
We can not guarantee delivery on weekends or federal holidays.
We can not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Orders to Hawaii (Oahu only) and Alaska require an additional $20 shipping fee for each item.
