This award-winning fresh soba comes as a set with premium nori and tsuyu dipping sauce so that you have all the ingredients to enjoy a staple Japanese noodle dish.

The fresh soba uses Japanese 50% buckwheat and 50% wheat flour for a smooth finish. Due to a special steam sterilization technique, the soba can be stored at room temperature while maintaining its freshness without preservatives.

  • Orders to Hawaii (Oahu only) and Alaska require an additional $20 shipping fee for each item.
