Reservations for Oritz Premium New Year’s Fresh Osechi can be made through five methods: "Online Store," "Email," "Phone," "Fax," and "Mail Order." Please note that due to various circumstances, the OSHINAGAKI menu items or materials of the boxes may be subject to change. Changes to reservations, cancellations, exchanges, or returns for Fresh Osechi are not permitted, and your understanding is appreciated. As production is limited, please be aware that items may sell out before the order deadline.
Delivery Information
Delivery is scheduled to begin from December 27th, primarily through FedEx or UPS. Specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Please be aware that delays may occur due to weather conditions or traffic situations. Notifications regarding delivery will be provided via email or phone. For updates on delivery status, please check with the respective delivery company.

- Delivery can take up to 7-10 business days. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for seasonal items such as they depend on the harvest season.
- Delivery times may vary for individual items when ordering multiple products to ensure freshness and optimal quality.
- Incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays and additional reshipping or rerouting fees. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses provided, so please verify all addresses carefully.
- Orders cannot be canceled or returned once processed.

- All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
