【How to Prepare】

  • Flip the crab of shell upside down and thaw slowly in the fridge.
  • Fluid will drip from the crab, so please make sure to put it on a plate while thawing.
  • Approximate thawing time is about a half to a whole day.
  • In hurry, put the frozen crab in a plastic bag not to get wet and immerse in cold or warm water.
  • Please avoid preheating or over steaming the crab because it will lose the delicious juice and flavor.
  • Do not microwave, the crab meat will get dried out.
  • Prices include tax, shipping and handling fees. Additional fees may be applied.
  • Delivery can take up to 7-10 business days. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for seasonal items such as they depend on the harvest season.
  • The delivery for each item may vary when you order multiple items to ensure freshness and the best quality of products.
  • Incorrect addresses may delay delivery and will require additional reshipping or rerouting fees. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses that we are provided, so please check all addresses carefully.
  • Orders cannot be canceled or returned once it has been processed.
  • The quality and delivery of fruit products may vary upon harvest and/or weather conditions.
  • Phone numbers of the sender and recipient(s) are required. Please provide your email address to receive shipment tracking information.
  • Wine deliveries may take up to 14 business days.
  • Orders to Okinawa require an additional $15 shipping fee for each item. Wine orders to Okinawa require an additional $40.
  • We can not guarantee delivery on weekends or federal holidays.
  • We can not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
  • Orders to Hawaii (Oahu only) and Alaska require an additional $20 shipping fee for each item.
