This award-winning fresh soba comes as a set with premium donko shiitake, nori and tsuyu dipping sauce so that you have all the ingredients to enjoy a staple Japanese noodle dish.

The fresh soba uses Japanese 50% buckwheat and 50% wheat flour for a smooth finish. Due to a special steam sterilization technique, the soba can be stored at room temperature while maintaining its freshness without preservatives.

Please note that the included “Agodashi Tsuyu” may be substituted “Katsuo・ Saba dashi Tsuyu” depending on supply availability. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Wine deliveries may take up to 14 business days.
  • Orders to Okinawa incur an additional shipping fee of $15 per item. Wine orders to Okinawa incur an additional shipping fee of $40 per item.
