This Red・White Miso Set includes red and white miso paste made from 100% Japanese ingredients. Using organic soy beans and rice, the miso has been fermented for two years resulting in a deep flavor rich in umami. Use the red miso for bold flavors, and the white miso for sweet and delicate flavors.

This set also includes dashi, tofu, and dried wakame - all of the ingredients you need to complete your next miso soup.

  • Orders to Hawaii (Oahu only) and Alaska require an additional $20 shipping fee for each item.
