【How to thaw】
Take as many as you want from the bag, and thaw slowely in the room tempurature or in the refrigerator. Do not use Microwave, the meat can be dried.

【How to serve】
＊Just as is after thaw and dip in Ponzu Sauce or lemon juice. Crab salad with lots of greens would be great as well.
