Whole Japanese radish is peel outside skin and marinated in Koji (fermented rice-bran paste). 

【Nara Zuke・・・ 8.8 oz. 】
Pepo (family of Cucumber) marinated in Sake Lees. Very crunchy and mild flavor.

【Teppo Zuke ・・・4.57 oz. 】
Pepo pickle has chili pepper that wrapped with Shiso leaf inside. Mild Soy Sauce flavor.

【Gobo (Burdock)・・・2.3 oz. 】
Very crunchy for pickles and the more you chew, the more flavor will be filled in your mouth.
