【How to thaw】
Place the crab shell facing down and thaw in the refrigerator. Approximate thawing time is 1-3 hours, so we would not recommend to leave in the refrigerator for too long once you move the crab from freezer. Also, please try not to thaw using microwave. The crab meat will get dry and shrink.
